A corporate client was found guilty, after a complaint by another business, seeking to ensure that all retailers of their goods did not sell goods at a price below the price stipulates by the wholesaler( referred to as ‘resale price maintenance’). Part of the penalty involved a Trade Practices Compliance programme being conducted for the staff of the wholesaler.
