Background
Having practiced as an attorney in the United States Joshua has experience in a wide range of litigation in personal injury, commercial, and employment law. He has worked on both small routine matters and large national class action litigation.
Joshua is currently working at Hutchinson Legal as a Law Clerk at the same time as completing his requirements for admission to practice as a Solicitor in Victoria through Deakin University.
Before entering the legal profession Joshua built a retail business from the ground up; with this significant experience as an employer he has developed a strong understanding of small businesses and the legal and regulatory issues they face.
At Hutchinson Legal Joshua is passionate about assisting clients utilise the legal system to achieve just resolutions to their legal problems.
During his spare time Joshua enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys keeping active by playing ice hockey as a member of the Melbourne Sharks ice hockey club.
