Amy graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Criminology, followed by a Juris Doctor(post-graduate law). She then completed her practical legal training at a city based firm and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer.
Since her admission, Amy has gained a wealth of skills and experience in the areas of property, insolvency, litigation and employment law. Amy joined Hutchinson Legal in 2016 before she left the practice in 2019 to broaden her experience in employment law in the city. Amy has returned to Hutchinson Legal in 2022 to work primarily in the property and commercial team with Jason Lau and assists with insolvency and employment law matters as needed.
Outside of legal practice, Amy is a leadership and wellbeing consultant, coach, speaker and trainer affiliated with the Maxwell Leadership team. She also enjoys playing board games with her husband, brunch with friends, walks and bike riding along the East Dandenong Ranges Trail and mentoring others holistically to reach their full potential.
