Nicole worked for Lawyers Legal in their Conveyancing team for 19 years prior to joining Hutchinson Legal in 2022. During this time Nicole completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) through RMIT graduating dux of the class in 2010.
Working with our Property Team, Nicole strives to provide quality customer service.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys being “Aunty Nicki” to her niece and nephew, baking sweet treats for family and friends, and being outside in the garden on a nice day soaking up the great outdoors. Although nothing beats taking a cup of coffee back to bed on a wintery Saturday morning and reading the day away!
“My journey into conveyancing was sparked by a friend's father, who needed assistance during a busy period more than 25 years ago and I have remained in the industry ever since! Conveyancing requires organisation and an eye for detail, which matches my strengths. I love giving good news at the end of a matter – especially for first-home buyers when they are the proud owners of their first home!
My core responsibilities revolve around gathering and preparing all documentation for property transactions with the least amount of stress for the client, to ensure settlement occurs.
Establishing and nurturing trust with clients is essential. I aim to do this by handling initial inquiries and providing regular updates on progress, even during setbacks. This personal touch creates a sense of reassurance, making each client feel valued and important.
Conveyancing is a complex business, and gone are the days when a client could handle their own conveyancing. While choosing a Lawyer instead of a conveyancer may be a little more costly, it’s an invaluable legal support in the event of complications arising.
Outside work, I love baking for family and friends, relishing the role of Aunt to my niece and nephew, tending to my garden, enjoying beach strolls, and indulging in leisurely weekend brunches.”
