Our Practice Manager, Shani Comben, has worked with Grant Hutchinson in various roles since 1992. When Grant commenced Hutchinson Legal in 2001, Shani joined Grant as a consultant, and continues to manage the practice. Shani became a Partner in 2019.
Shani works closely with all our team members as we strive to provide legal solutions for life. Shani is a member of ALMPA, the Australian Legal Practice Management Association, and AAT, the Association of Accounting Technicians Australia. Shani is also a registered BAS Agent and an Accredited Mental Health First Aider.
On the weekend, Shani enjoys a mix of sporting and social passions. Soccer features heavily on Shani's sport agenda with both a local and Melbourne Victory club membership, plus an interest in the Sydney Swans.
Outside of sport, Shani is an Accredited Foster Carer and is passionate about providing children with a safe, secure and nurturing home while their family is unable to care for them. She enjoys reading, beekeeping and spending valuable time with her family and friends - often over a coffee. She is also an active member at Mooroolbark Baptist Church.
