Jason Lau has a broad experience in general commercial law and litigation, and leads our Commercial & Property and Eldercare Legal teams.
Jason is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates Law and a member of the LIV Succession Law Executive Committee. Jason practices extensively in complex estate planning and estate litigation, including Will challenges, superannuation claims and other disputes arising from deceased estates.
Originally admitted in the Supreme Court of California, Jason previously worked in Chicago and Shanghai, and has experience in management, small business and in the not-for-profit sector.
Jason is known for providing clear advice, strong advocacy and compassionate support to clients during difficult times. When not in the office, Jason and his wife enjoy the thrills (and spills) of four young children.
